Cruising over the viaduct with only a hint of an exhaust, ex-SR N15 Class No. 30777 ‘’Sir Lamiel’’ flies over
Eynsford Viaduct, hauling a Waterloo to Canterbury West excursion. The train ran via the Catford Loop and
Maidstone East lines on the outward leg. On the return journey, the train ran via Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, and
Petts Wood and Bickley Junctions, again venturing onto the Catford Loop. David Glasspool
