No. 73132 was seen pairing with Class 33 No. 33209 at Strood. The Electro-Diesel was re-painted into BR ''Large Logo'' livery not long after the above picture was taken, and was latterly deployed on Gatwick Express services, before these received a dedicated pool of locomotives. In late 1983, double-headed Class 73s wearing BR Blue livery are seen passing Higham's ''up'' platform with a rake of ferry vans, most of which are VTG ''Cargowaggon'' variants. © Chris
