Class 59/2 in its original guise

This is the appearance the Class 59/2 series portrayed when first delivered. The striking example

here is No. 59203 at Drax Power Station, North Yorkshire on 3rd September 1995, in service with

National Power. This attractive blue livery was short-lived, all six Class 59/2 locomotives transferring
