For Bluewater

28th November 2007

The old buildings were still in evidence during the redevelopment works, the yellow brickwork being an SER trademark. The area to the right of the stairs, in line with the elevated building, is the former site of the Station Master's house. After the March 1999 opening of Bluewater, dedicated shuttle buses formerly terminated out of view on the right, on the opposite side of the railway line. © David Glasspool

This entrance is to be permanently closed and the buildings demolished. The television screen indicates the entrance to the booking office. Most of the recently tiled area was once occupied by the Station Master's house. © David Glasspool

A view through the original booking office reveals that the comparatively recent ''up'' platform shelter has witnessed a number of front panels removed already, to improve circulation. The ticket office window continues to have a red frame of Network SouthEast origin. © David Glasspool
