Victoria to Weymouth

Now looking southwards, the Weymouth Quay branch is in evidence, skirting along the western side of an

industrial estate. The latter has been built on a site formerly host to rolling stock berthing sidings. The

palisade fencing on the right surrounds a short siding. David Glasspool

The platforms in view date from 1957; the oldest parts of that station were abolished during electrification in

We have finally made it to the end of the line. The steam locomotive is low on coal and will be dragged back

to Yeovil Junction by Class 31 No. 31454. The rolling stock was bound for the sidings. David Glasspool
